Grant of License

Upon purchase of digital products from Len's Lenses, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased components and materials subject to the terms of this agreement.

License Types

Personal License

The Personal License allows you to:

• Use the purchased components in personal projects

• Use the components in client projects (if you are a freelancer or agency)

• Modify the components to suit your needs

The Personal License does not allow you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified components

• Use the components in products that are resold or redistributed (e.g., templates, themes, or component libraries)

• Share your license with multiple users or team members

Commercial/Team License

The Commercial License includes all Personal License rights, plus:

• Use by multiple team members within your organization

• Use in commercial projects and products

• Extended modification rights for internal use

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or offer the components or any derivative works to any third party

• Include the components in any product that is sold, licensed, or distributed for free

• Use the components to create competing products or services

• Extract or use any individual elements from the components for redistribution

• Claim ownership of the original or modified components

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the components remain with Len's Lenses. This license grants you rights to use the components but does not transfer ownership.

Updates and Support

Your license may include access to updates and improvements to the components. Support is provided as outlined in our Support policy.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the components and destroy all copies.

Warranty Disclaimer

The components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Len's Lenses does not warrant that the components will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Len's Lenses be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the components, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
